Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package directly through our Track Your Order page or the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at care@dcplcandles.com as soon as possible.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We package every candle with extra care to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement for you.

We pack every candle with love and care. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at care@dcplcandles.com within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the item and the packaging. We will resolve this for you immediately.
